"Don't Let Defeat Define Who You Are"

Don't Live In Defeat !

Negative people as well as seemingly impossible circumstances often  frustrate and disrupt the lives of many. God comes to heal, save and lead your broken life so that you aren't living in  constant defeat. For many, defeat comes in various forms. It may be a habit that seems uneasy or impossible to break, a past mistake that haunts you or a relationship that has been fractured by poor choices made. Whatever the situation may be, just know that it is fixable and that all hope is not lost. Most people turn to money, drugs, alcohol, sex or often suicide before considering a relationship with Jesus.

What society deems foolish , unrealistic and impossible is in fact possible to those who believe in Jesus. Life is not going to be easy. We will all at some point face obstacles, loss, grief and difficult people but when we face these things we don't have to face them alone. Aligning your life with God and allowing him to guide you towards a life of Victory is the first key to conquering what may seem like insurmountable odds. A true relationship with Jesus is unlike anything imaginable. He is an unconditional friend that never judges and that only has your best interest in mind.

Drug  and alcohol fade, orgasms are fleeting and sometimes even the best of  friends fail you but "their is a friend that sticks closer than any brother".  Don't allow the cares of life to over rule you; make a change for the best today.

If you are wondering , "How can I turn all my worries and problems over to God?" Here's How

Last week, the staff of WITIN RADIO had the opportunity to meet with 804 Street Media CEO & Editor In Chief , Lance Cooper.During the interview we had the opportunity to speak with Lance on his life's work, his company's Social Media presence, and the state of Black America.

When did you launch 804 Street Media & what was the catalyst for you launching 804 Street Media ?

"The official brand evolved into a business around 2013, but the grind to put the 804 (Richmond. Virginia) on the map started back in the 1990’s. Everything started with hip-hop. In 1997 I had a rap group here in Richmond. Virginia was on the rise, we were actually the only rap group from Richmond to share a stage with Nas. This was around the time "It Was Written" dropped. Eventually, however the group parted ways. I put the microphone down and started promoting other artists. Coming from one of  the hardest places to "get on" from is Virginia, because support on every level…
