In Week 2 of NFL Preseason Game Series The St. Louis Rams opened up against the Packers at the Edward Jones Dome in a home game that upset thousands. Green Bay scored the first touch down 9:38 into the 1st quarter which started a 7-0 lead. The Rams struggled to regain control for the remainder of the 1st quarter but to no avail. Green Bay then received a turnover in the middle of the 2nd quarter to further the lead 10-0.
The Rams offensive teams rallied and were able to gain a touch down late in the 2nd quarter narrowing the lead 10-7. After Halftime The Rams defense continued to struggle as Green Bay solidified their lead with a score of 18-7.The final score saw Green Bay as the victor with a score of 21-7. Basically this game was your typical run of the mill preseason game. It highlighted both teams offensive and defensive units but ultimately ended up being three hours of a boring and sloppy game.
