Here's Everything You Need To Now About Eaux Claires 2017 !

Eaux Claires Music Festival will be bringing back its artistic installations, which are as integral to the collaborative weekend as the festival’s musical lineup. For the third year, Eaux Claires engages festivalgoers with over 20 art installations to create an immersive festival experience. Creative Director Michael Brown has curated a diverse collection of installations, including Partitioning, featuring one-of-a-kind geometric sculptures, Sparreaux, a stage that blends classic architecture and art, Fluid Process, an innovative musical instrument powered by water, and DECORUM, an original dance series based on PSA’s from the 1960’s.

Other highlights include Crescent Field, a series of kaleidoscopal landscape murals, Moms Booth, an interactive installation staffed by real live moms, including Eaux Claires artists, and The Living Room, an immersive set up in the middle of the forest with a vintage stereo console playing previously unreleased music from artists and friends of the festival. On Friday, May 19th the festival will release an expanded version of its digital zine, TROIX, which highlights this year’s artistic offerings. Eaux Claires takes place June 16 & 17, 2017 in Eau Claire, WI; www.eauxclaires.com.

In 1997 I had a rap group here in Richmond. Virginia was on the rise, we were actually the only rap group from Richmond to share a stage with Nas. This was around the time "It Was Written" dropped. Eventually, however the group parted ways. I put the microphone down and started promoting other artists.
